Marriott International has announced that it will reflag the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai, turning it into The St. Regis Downtown Dubai.

With this addition, the brand will arrive at one of the finest addresses in Downtown Dubai, which is home to the city’s most iconic landmarks. The St. Regis Downtown Dubai is set to offer unparalleled luxury, bespoke service and modern glamour for leisure and business travellers alike.”
Intending to “amply its luxury presence,” the group signed a new agreement with RDK Tourism Investment LLC, Renaissance Downtown’s developers, to transform the property.
Along the Dubai Water Canal in the Business Bay district, this polished hotel is 2 km from the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and 3 km from the E11 highway.
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with canal or Burj Khalifa views, the warm rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screens, minibars, and tea and coffeemaking facilities.
Upgraded rooms offer access to a club lounge with complimentary breakfast. Suites add living rooms.
Parking is free. A breakfast buffet is available for a fee.
